Nope, she's just the good natured old woman type like the world god. Her being the grandma role may be partly due to how Touya felt they looked like a couple on his first time meeting her before finding out she's also part of the same household.
I don't think the LN has actually reached the part when End's lover appears yet. Also, iirc, the former Yuuron area is still essentially a no-man's land and nobody has made any moves on it. Everyone is too busy dealing with what they already have on their plate to bother with that area or just plain don't care for it.
