well, as a biologist, I kinda like the medical explanation here.. Lamia is oviparous, so does Harpy. Lamia has high tolerance toward poison, sensitive on temperature, but low tolerance on alcohol (lol.. this one is probably just made up).

I expect some fire breathing from Skadi, but she just using tail smash all the time like Sapphee. That harpy is totally be forever grateful toward Glenn as well. Having something stuck inside your belly is painful

What I find interesting is that harpies and basically any other egg laying monster race sort of have 2 births: when the egg is laid (the incident in the episode really replicated a difficult human childbirth) and then the egg actually hatching, if it was fertilized. I wonder which one harpies celebrate as birthdays?
