I liked the two mains. That matters a lot when watching a show about yokai.
Japan had 1.37 million deaths in 2019, so I guess 10,000 due to curses might be a small enough number to escape notice. Also "being cursed" is usually not a category for causes of death. They could just look like other, probably accidental deaths.
Has a very MAPPA look about it. That's a good thing in my mind.
Oh, and who can resist a story where a giant panda voiced by Seki Tomokazu appears to play an active role?
I also thought it funny that the
Wikipedia entry for this show has only one character listed in the category of "Curse Users." What a surprise that the character, Geto Suguru, is voiced by Sakurai Takahiro!
