Indeed, C1 Hu Tao is very tempting. But with new characters approaching, one can't help but save primos in case their playstyle is interesting.
I imagine Yae Miko may be a catalyst user, and considering her...umm, playful/teasing nature? She may have a taunting skill like Mona and Ganyu's.
This is all speculation so, who knows
