They're not even in the same competitive space because they are completely different types of series. 100 Girlfriends is in the same space as The World God Only Knows. "Winning over heroines."
Kanojo mo Kanojo is a pretty straightforward romantic absurdist farce, and cannot be beaten on its mastery with comedic timing.
