I didn't expect to see Ayaka (the girl who bought it in episode 1) to still be alive...or be an android who needs to feast on the dragon corpse outside the bus to survive. What a way to open the episode .

(Also was that Reina Ueda as one of her AI voices?)

We flashback to Asaka trying to take care of Yogiri and realize how unqualified she is as a homemaker with her less than stellar cooking skills...but at least she taught Yogiri that you always compliment a woman's cooking, even if it's terrible. It's as valuable a lesson as her teaching him elementary school level learning because that's all she's got !

Oh, and there are robots too! Decked out like they're from an older era of Japan! But at least they give them everything they need, up to and including a gaming console and a dog .

So Asaka could leave at any time? They just didn't see the need to inform her of that when they were sure she'd either quit or bite it against Yogiri? They didn't even need to stick her with the cooking with the robots being able to manage that (albeit blandly). Well, with such a huge payout for her efforts, Asaka is going to take a well-earned vacation !

And on said vacation she treats herself to fine dining, a shopping spree, and a night at a luxurious hotel...before getting kidnapped by an Agency who seeks to take out Yogiri. Yeah, that about checks out .

Of course Yogiri wants to see Asaka again and the only way to accomplish that is to leave the facility...which means threatening a poor scientist into releasing him and killing everyone who tries to stop her. All the while he's just a kid strolling around with some casual questions .

Then when he finally reaches the Agency's facility he drops even more bodies, kills all their significant looking and pompous enforcers before they can do anything, and then kills the woman holding Asaka hostage as we catch up to the prologue. That lady probably would have survived if she'd just left well enough alone .

Well, it's good that Asaka isn't afraid of Yogiri and his mass-slaughtering ways, and now she has ultimate job security, but whether she sees a future with him or not, she knows that he needs her right now and that's enough. It does make me wonder what happened to Asaka in the present-day .

Aw, Tomochika is really crushing on Yogiri! Though to be fair, it's not like she's had great luck with men otherwise, but she seems really into him now...and Mokomoko won't let her forget it !

Oh wow, they made it to the royal capital! And are immediately surrounded! Good thing Yogiri's power means they can avoid arrest, and if their cover story doesn't work, Rick's influence will !

So Rick was a prince? And his younger brother is this David guy? And he's throwing around his royal authority so casually and basically causing more problems...he's lucky he just got his balls kicked in by Tomochika as she finally demonstrated the Dannoura-style, which makes her even more attractive to Yogiri .

There's ANOTHER Dark God under the capital!? Is Yogiri going to kill this one too ?

Well, Yogiri and Tomochika finally reunite with their classmates...just as they are embarking on yet another quest as Sages. Though it seems like their sociopathy won't get them far against this King. But they didn't even notice Yogiri and Tomochika were there
