Well, Karada already has Tetsuya; she clearly thinks of Hiro as her big brother. No nii-san complexes here.
With that said - if the three ever go anywhere, everyone is going to think of Hiro and Karada as being the couple, with Shouko being their child. Wonder how they will handle that.
