Conclusion: It costs so much because it has 3 discs with 2 episodes in it all being sold together as a total of 6 episodes
And upon watching it again, I think this
is the real CM. I don't think fans would dare to add on that Gonzo visual thing in front and furthermore put on credits saying "作詞：松尾衡 (Lyrics by Kou Matsuo)".
