Well you guys must remember that Spagetti did NOT have the clue as of who destroyed these Drones, "Whether was it TSAB mage, or we've just got a hit".
If that girl was a recent run-away and Spagetti has sent drone to retribe her, then he would know who did it.
It's more like that these lurking-drones have accidentally found it, and was subsequently destroyed by the girl, or other factor.
These points suggests, to me at least, that the girl is not of Spagetti origin.
Then where she was from, I don't know...
