Air Calibur: Armed Device. A long, two-handed sword with Cartrige System fitted in the hilt, like Signum's Laevatein.
Barrier Jacket: A long cloak that goes down to his ankles, covering his body, the cloak is especially thick, so it can be used as a physical shield.

Magics:
Wind Aura: Field type magic that can be cast quickly and instant effect, uses magical wind to change the trajectory of bullet or beam-type attacks, but only works on low density ones (No, it can't divert a Starlight Breaker).
Wind Strider: Speed increasing magic for quick moves.
Air Blade: Creates an aura around the blade, when swinged hard enough, causes gusts of wind.
Gale Strike: Used when Air Blade is active, compresses the aura around the blade and fires a high speed blast of wind.
Air Cutter: A blade of energy that acts like a boomerang when shot (like Haken Saber).
Storm Slasher: A variation of Air Cutter, consisting in multiple swipes that causes a wind storm, AoE capabilities.
Magnum Impact: A powerful, yet risky move. Begins with loading two cartriges, then Air Calibur charges with power in the blade, Koji positions it behind him, then the power is realeased(sounds like a handgun when firing) serving as propulsion, heading straight to the target at high-speed then, using the gained momentum, executes an upward slash, capable of breaking through barriers.
Story:
Though never had witnessed the events of the Jewel Seeds and the Book of Darkness, he lived in Uminari City.
He took Kendo classes in the Dojo that Signum worked at, and came to admire her.
One day he was training on his own, while taking a break and drinking a cold drink at the park, he saw Signum.
She was talking, but there was no one around and before being able to call her, he saw her transform.
Surprised, he dropped the can and the sound reached Signum, she turned around and saw him...he couldn't even begin to pronounce a word.
"I'll talk to you later..." and she vanished.
The next day, Signum came for a visit and told him the truth, and that he too had potencial to be like her, with the right guidance.
He promised not to tell anyone and came to know Nanoha, Fate, Hayate and the Knights.
Aside from the regular Kendo classes, he took special lessons from Signum and his skill grew as time passed.
He later joined the TSAB, even though his magic style is Neo Velka, it's similar to Signum's style, so he worked under Signum's supervision to hone his skills futher until he was ready to work on his own.
Nowadays, he works in the TSAB HQ, going on investigations and helping in missions where his skills might come in handy.
Note: He addresses Signum as 'Sensei' or 'Signum-sensei' and Nanoha, Fate and Hayate as either '-san' or '-senpai', because he went to the same school as them.
As for the other Knights, they are adressed as '-san', except for Shamal, since she's a "doctor", so it's '-sensei' too.
