Both KamiNomi and HnG are animated by the same studio, Manglobe, and the studio (or its backers) decided to throw four of the shows' seiyuus together (being Saori Hayami, Shizuka Itou, Haruka Yamazaki, and Nao Toyama) for a joint concert. Shizuka Itou
talks about it on her blog, if you can understand Japanese.
