Bessatsu Young Magazine will be renewed on December 9th, 2009 and it will become a monthly magazine that's titled "Monthly Young Magazine".
The serialization of Kiss x Sis manga will transfer from
Young Magazine to Monthly Young Magazine.
So somehow you can say Kiss x Sis is returning to its previous magazine, though the title of the magazine is changed and its release date is becoming monthly... ahh "Monthly Young Magazine" will be released on the second Wednesday every month.
