"Missions of Love" works for me. There's no way they can market a manga title to teens and possibly younger that is "Do XX To Me!"
It sounds way too risque!
Actually I'd probably pick "Your Romantic Mission Is..." or something like that.
I probably won't get the translated volumes anyway though. I have raw volumes 1~8 on my raw manga shelf.
