Mystery girl refers to Teru as Teru onee-chan, for what that's worth. From my extremely limited understanding, I think mystery girl has a dream about swimming or doing something involving water. Could be that Saki helps her in that in some way, mystery girl drowns and Teru blames Saki for the death.
