That was pretty intriguing once again. This world/timeline is very different from the previous one: Ikki and Kent don't work at the café, Shin has been dating MC-chan for three months and Waka's personality has completely changed. So rather than going back to the past, MC-chan ended up in an alternate timeline.
It hadn't dawned on me until now, but Shin is quite the tsundere. I lost count of the times he said "Baka". Glad he quickly figured out she lost her memories, it would have been annoying to see her tiptoe around the issue throughout the whole episode.
