Well.. nothing really beats Negi.. dude goes to an all girl school and practically gets all his students, and later even new comer girls.
Too bad he fails in the delinquent category.
Still I like the... Delinquent saving a girl (who supposedly hates him) from thugs and realizes she has affection for him.
LOL in Harima's case it's the opposite.. he saves Tenma from thugs and instead of Tenma being the one with affections.. he's the one who goes after her. Totally different from Ayase and Sawamura
