Emotionally yes. But she would still be an android. Not that there is anything wrong with that, consider the company she keeps. "Human" is a very vague concept in the Horizon universe.
Example: Gin's father is seen this episode, as a giant god of war. He has effectively
choose to live as a giant robot indefinitely. Is he a human or not? You tell me.
