I think, [hope] that Kubo is going to take Ichigo's power's away to open up the possibility in the Hell Chapter (movie) something along the lines of:
"Ichigo, now powerless as a shinigami, must find a way to recover his powers in order to save xxx from Hell"
thus we have: Ichigo acquiring a temp power in hell (and lose it at the end of the movie as if nothing happened) and a lazy Kubo not drawing it on the manga itself
am I making any sense??? :/?
