An original character for the game. A Level 0 girl. She normally has a bright and frank personality, but she grows very wild and violent when a fire is lit in her heart. Inside, she has a "hope" that she wants to accomplish even if it puts her life at risk. The bottle in her hand seems to be related to that...

Kamijou Touma heads chases after the magic cabal "Gate of the Gods come from the Heavens" who caused the explosion.
According to Stiyl, it's an Indian magic cabal that tempers their bodies to the limit.
Ureapaddy Exica is doing something behind the scenes during the incident.
Science - Surface
Misaka Mikoto chases after the culprit of an explosion she ran across.
While investigating the incident, she meets a girl named Kukimoto Hibiki.
According to Uiharu, she has Level 0 Telekinesis.
While pursuing her, some mysterious data shows up.
Mikoto asks her whether she is a Dual Skill.
Science - Hidden
Saten Ruiko and Uiharu Kazari meet Sakurazaka Fuuga over the Academy City SNS Rondo Net.
The three hit it off and make a promise to play together, but a sudden system error causes confusion throughout the city.
According to Kuroko, Anti-Skill and Judgment's systems are unusable.
Uiharu realizes the system error is being caused by intentional hacking and begins searching for the hacker.
Sakurazaka Fuuga's VA is Koiwai Kotori
Tsuchimikado at the end: You just don't get it, nee-chin. There's no point in only pursuing it on the surface.
