Its pretty sad really. If vote totals keep decreasing like this every year the point of saimoe in general would be lost as this would end up being just a little popularity poll between members of their little secret saimoe club.
They must have been SO analdevastated back in 2007 by the "foreign intervention" that they still arent allowing others to vote...kinda sad
