Yes it is my first playthrough.
That's the scene I'm talking about when she is giving orders to everybody. The game just seems to keep repeating her dialogue and then Kyon's thoughts over and over and I can't progress further into the game no matter what buttons I click (ie: it won't let me see any more events or finish the day).
