Well, that's just it. After an event as atrocious as genocide you can't hunt down and try ever single person that had a hand in it. After WWII they had the Nuremburg Trials for the top Nazi officers, but not much beyond that (to my knowledge). I'd say most Nazi foot soldiers got off scott free, but you're still free to think what you want about them.
