No, Risa, Mio, Aya, Run, none of them are badass in this case. Also, Lala and Ren moved to I.S.A. later in the story. Leaving only Rito, Riko, Yui, Saki and Rin as Sainan's resident badass. Plus Dan, but he's not a member of ASDF and unrelated to plot most of the time.
Also, the timeline is screwed as hell. We need box for the real stuff. Jak was right that I.S. are introduced few years after WK incident though.
