I've got a question that's been nagging at me since episode 6.
How large is this "city" that humanity is living in?
I ask this because I originally believed it to be, maybe, a few miles at best, but obviously that can't be the case because if there is actual human trafficking such as was shown occurring in episode six then I can hardly see how kidnapping a girl who is the last of her ethnicity would work out in such a small land area. Surely someone would notice if it was only a few miles in length, not like they're shipping her out to a totally different country.
