Quick info dump from vol 8 while I'm trying to figure out how to write summary for vol 4 chapter 2
Spoiler for I'm suck with camera and photography:
Hakuou Academy was a former government-general office for the Suzerain. The Sea of Morning Star (SoMS) government preserved the buildings and ground for historical values. The ground is also the most stable on SoMS. Hakuou was established after the war, and the academy got bigger even though the land on SoMS is limited. SoMS built cities on seas
Marika thought that the location of the current SoMS's Relay Station was once the HQ for Colony Planets Allied Fleets during the war. While the facility did provide supplies and repairs for the Allied Fleets, it would be foolish to have the command center in a plain sight above the planet. And so the real location was underneath Hakuou Academy itself.
Tau Ceti was chosen to be the center of the Allied Fleets because of its location being the farthest from the Suzerain star systems.
Marika asked her club president if she knew about what lies underneath their school. Rin replied that any students knew there was a maze that was regarded as the "Seven Mysteries" of the school, but she didn't know it had something to do with the war.
Gruelle asked the Cook if the ghosts at the academy courtyard were the people who died fighting the war. In Koo Lon bursted into laughter saying the war wasn't fought directly on SoMS ground. The specters were probably those workers who died building the Allied Fleet command center in an unreasonable schedule.
When Jackie first came to the school, Rin applauded him for managing to reach the Club Room, as outsiders would break their nerve when they tried to infiltrate the prestigious school. <--- Marika was a pure-pure lady, she could only defended herself that Jackie was a fake because of his red hair and Patchwork suit
, compared to Rin and Gruelle's long logic
