IS-7 have an obsolete armor with a lot of weak point, can't angle armor thanks to its shape, high ground resistance make it accelerate in a slow and sluggish way, the gun have slow reload and really inaccurate with long aim time, Gold round have worse pen than some tier 9 med.
the low mobility make it an arty magnet when there are no Maus or E100, its HP only higher than French heavy.

^This basically. If Tak thinks that the gun switch from the Tiger II to the E-75 is bad, the switch from the IS-8's 122mm M62-T2 to the 130mm S-70 isn't gonna be endearing. If you want to still have an awesome gun on a Tier X Soviet tank, get the IS-4 instead.
For current clan battles, the preferred heavy tank is actually the T110E5.
