Kami, If your resources are limited, I'd suggest working on the IS first. The KV-2 is amusing, but can be murdered easily on quite a few maps (anything with long fire zones, significant elevation changes, or Redshire). It would be somewhat safer with a couple of medium escorts, but there's still the map issue.
Push with it? It can barely average 20 KPH on uneven ground.
Oh, and the other thing:
In three games with the ELC AMX last night, I quickly discovered one thing: The tank weighs so little that colliding with anything, be it cars, trees, or overly-enthusiastic lampposts, will knock off most of its momentum.
"This kills the tank..."
And yeah, it's much more like a TD that can displace extremely well than a scout (but the turret traverse is more limited than a lot of TDs!), though as long as there's a good radio relay it's a passable quasi-scout.

well since leo or lowe said something IS line would be frustrating, I might go the 150/KV line for the IS 4.
I still want the KV 2 for laughs. It would be friggin sweet if we 3 man platoon with KV 2s. I'd be roflmao so hard that I'd forget to breathe.
