Well they did establish Sakura being around in one side episode. Her being there resparked the competition for Shirou in Rin and Luvia...after the blew the crap out of him of course. So were there is Sakura there is potentally Zouken. If he's not long dead. Would there be a reason for him to live that long without the Wars?
Shirou still seems to get into Harem lead situations even though he's techically not the lead anymore. It does seem all the girls want him in some way. But Illya seems to be gaining her own yuri harem at the same time, as fitting her main character status.
