It's fully-customizable (but not a gadget, unlike Windows Sidebar which uses them) which means you'll have to edit it completely (the code, graphics and even the font family), but if you want to make your own, you'll have to read up on some basic theme-making tutorials on Rainmeter's site.

Anyway, after installing and loading Rainmeter, you can look around for pre-made theme packs (a lot of them, I'm not kidding) and copy them.
