Where can I get a penpal from Japan? I decided I need some extra motivation to practice my Japanese skills for school. :P
(btw, don't say internet, I've looked around, all the sites look...dodgy, at best. Seriously, if there's someone called MANGAGURL15 on it, I'm not going to touch that.)
