It could be argued that the magic affecting Kaede memories has something to do with it.
It's fairly obvious that certain things and facts have been "switched" around in her memories, Itsuki apparently becoming a girl... poor Mayumi
Maybe her fantasies with Rin and herself has been affected with herself being switched out... That's not unlikely is it?
In any case I can't argue that there's ecchiness going on in her mind, but that's just normal for any human.
