Who knows? The uniform, maybe is so that she can sneak around campus (this isn't a transfer period, as Iroha pointed at the end of last volume), the crying could be a zillion of reasons, and it's probably going to be the topic of the volume (both Hayama and Hikki would be 2 good possible culprits with their BL vibes
