What, and the fact she keeps dodging hits by turning into a cat?
That was getting on my nerves when I was fighting her. Still, would've been fun though. Maybe in the next game.

As far as I know just Neko Arc and Neko Arc Chaos. A few characters like Aoko that weren't playable in previous versions were put in from the start so only those two need unlocking. I think.
