I probably have mentioned this before, but HnA Chinese translations have stalled due to copyright notices by Taiwan's publishers. Don't expect Vol13 to be summarized by a Chinese source anytime soon (I can probably get my hands on the Japanese raws, but since I can't read them I didn't bother).
