Okabe told her everything on the rooftop of the lab earlier, about what happens in the beta world line if he cancels his first D-mail. But there was a flashback to her lying down in the pool of blood, so maybe she's starting to become aware of the past as well..
edit - rewatched, you're right, she must be starting to remember since he doesn't mention which floor it is when he tells her.
When she's staring at the floor, I don't get what the black screen with the red line of numbers in the corner meant though..
