I'm certainly in support of them as a couple.
All that may be true, but at least we can understand the reasoning behind it. We know that Sora spent a lot of her childhood in a hospital(thus her poor social skills), we know that Haruka was really the only person she felt close too, and we know she witnessed Nao raping Haruka. Add to that that their parents just died(although at this point that just seems like a plot device for getting the twins to move back), and now Haruka really is all she has. So to see him immediately start fawning over a person that Sora would most likely hate regardless of the situation, and then to catch them having sex in the same place where the rape occured, while ugly, her actions are completely understandable. Sora's actions are all informed by everything that's transpired in her life up to this point. Nao on other hand...Well she seems to have raped Haruka to comfort herself, then felt bad about it and became depressed, and stayed depressed until Haruka returned years later to comfort her.
