I agree and I'm optimistic too.
It would be a great step forward. She's obviously showing a lot more initiative with Kagura than Amata. Cast off Mikono and get the detachment wings back.
Mix and Andy are 2 characters that we like so chances are that, like a Lancer in the Fate series, things might get worse.
The Zess and Mykage part was good. His interest in her reminds him of himself because they both feel unloved. Some twisted sort of kindred spirit thing. Since Mykage is the dark half of Touma, then maybe Zessica is the light half?
