re: the building Nanoha fell off.
Yuuno/TSAB medical were taking care of Nanoha on one of the remaining standing buildings; my assumption is because she landed there. It's in the text summary of the chapter I posted.
My using-machine-translator-fu isn't good enough to decipher why she fell though.
