I agree about Sawashiro Miyuki, but I also think Takagaki Ayahi (Ein) is terrific. She really gave us a lot as Noe, and when she had to emote as the very different character Otome in DaCapo2, she was totally outstanding.
I was also impressed by Watanabe Akeno (Lizzy) in Blue Drop, where she gave her role strength and depth, it seemed to me.
