If this magazine that the new manga will be serialized in (Dengeki Kuro Maoh) stays a quarterly magazine, it could take up to two years for one volume to get released (thats if we are considering about 9 chapters a volume, and about 20 pages a chapter).
We just have to wait and see. this magazine might turn out successful and the publisher might make it a bi-monthly magazine or even better, a monthly magazine
publishers do this stuff all the time
