Touma VS Accelerator. Accelerator found out Touma’s battle experiences have given him a pseudo ‘Mind’s Eye’ that allows him to subconsciously predict attacks from tiny movements and feeling AIM fields like minute electromagnetic waves, since if Touma didn’t have the weak sub-conscious precognition he would have been dead multiple times by now against Accelerator. Though Touma doesn’t know himself he has it, and it’s not 100% accurate yet, plus if Touma consciously tries to use it it might actually perform worse. Basically if anyone here played Fate/Stay Night Visual Novel it’s like Archer gaining Mind’s Eye through fighting experience.
Accelerator notes that even if someone else have the right hand that can erase any ability, they probably can’t use it half as well as Touma, with his combat skills that accompanies it (the actual details will have to wait until I have time to translate it)
After that the two of them clashed both physically and in their ideals, and it ends with Touma shattering completely Accelerator’s Ideals and his black wing power he gained by giving himself to the dark side. Accelerator’s Fantasy that was his pillar of support has been broken by Imagine Breaker.
Lessar, looking from afar, is beyond amazed by the Black wings and Touma being able to defeat it. She thinks that even if she herself had Imagine Breaker she can’t possibly have used it as well as Touma can, and him gaining battle experience doesn’t explain it fully. The narrative here hints Touma is finally beginning to ‘Awaken’.

Interesting, so Touma is finally getting a so deserved power up. Still, I have to point out that, from the way that your putting, what he has is more like Saber's Instincts than Archer's Mind's Eyes.
