I doubt Nagisa will rank at all. I am Nagisa supporter but let's be honest. She is not as popular as Chieri or any successor. It will be a troll move from the writer to put Nagisa in the top 10 without an explanation since she has not done anything super great to get popular. Moreover, what's bothering Nagisa is not just what's going on with Chieri but also she is falling behind. I believe she is jealous because she is falling behind Chieri in terms of achieving her goal of being a successor.
I support the idea of Makoto for Center Nova.
