@zero: It's not so bad. Just that her very existence is becoming prone to dispersing into the multiverse. Because the system allows her to dip her hand into multiple universes, this distorts her current definition by the universe she exists in. Layman's terms, she's going to start seeing things only her parallel selves can see and she's in very real danger of ceasing to exist by becoming part of all other Chifuyus in all other universes. Worst case scenario is that all instances of Chifuyu disappear. Not to mention she's piloting a ticking time bomb.

Thus far, amongst those overpowered abilitied units:

Cecilia: Blue Tears Glas Hart's One off ability Nineveh's wisdom causes her to slowly go insane.

Ichika: The ability he developed called Setsuna forces his body to move according to how the IS does which is beyond all human norms in terms of speed and power, so he's practically shredding his own body.

Chifuyu: Senrigan can explode at any time and cause either a nuke mushroom or a dimensional rip. She also starts to slowly experience dimensional displacement and probable eradication.
