What was stolen from the colony, is probably its powerplant. After slicing that piece off, the colony had a blackout.
I think there are multiple Golden Orbs. The ones Akiha got for Leopard were shown to be side by side in episode 7 when they froze. Those 2 are specifically for Leopard Cannon, if there's really other Golden Orbs, they may be powering other stuff.
Kazane has wonderful big hair lol
The Student Council is probably lower level members of the Shishidou organisation. They have to get info from the immediate higher up, which is Emilio, who gets from Elle, who gets from Kazane.
