This episode had a weird structure: while we finally got more introduction, Kud's got literally shoved aside, a bit like Haruka's first scene last week, as the episode was heavily Komari centred.

I still don't understand why the scripters decided to change the structure that much: sure, the events will feel a bit less "linear", since they won't have every girls' routes one after another, but the introduction and how they insert the route events for Komari aren't blending quite well, especially the baseball part becomes beyond "secondary", despite it is the driving factor that makes the group together.

Because of that, the pacing felt quite odd, because you have several events not really having a clear connection to each other, which makes the story progression a bit... difficult to grasp.
