Ugh, do forgive the double post.
Well, I've opened the book and flipped through it. As far as I can tell, the art is completely intact. I did a direct, albeit quick, comparison to the Japanese volume and didn't find any edits. The language turned out to be more foul than I had expected. F-bombs are abundant. For once, the explicit content warning is put to appropriate use.
Priced at almost $16, it's more expensive than the average manga volume in North America, but I'd say it's worth the money at this point.
