I doubt there are many parent that would go out and buy a (rather expensive) PC as a toy for their TODDLER, who started walking a few months back, and had just barely begin to form intelligible sentences.

A little more realistically... I was playing video games(Commando, Star Wars, Frogger, F15 Strike Eagle, etc) on a Commodore 64 that my dad got from my Uncle(a computer engineer) in the mid 80's. My dad had no clue how to use it, and I learned from notes written down until I could memorize the coding. I still have that old computer in storage somewhere...
Those were the days.
