Fanservice, with Lancis changing clothes... mmm... check the previous pages it was posted a low Q scan. Its weird, isn't? Usually there are hq scans of those mininovels but so far I wasn't able to find any which contrast a lot with Railgun SS1 and Kanzaki SS.
