Just assume that avmoghe is going to complain about every episode from now until the final story arc. At that point, he may understand how it all fits together, but until then, just accept that he will take nothing on faith, and try to hold a more reasonable discussion with everyone else. Seriously, if he can't handle Deiter and Heckel, what's he going to think about that Czech Police agent, or the defense lawyer, or the street puppeteer? I can only imagine how frustrating it must be, to watch a series like this, but demand that everything pertain directly to the main story. That's pitiable, in a way.
To be safe, surround everything with spoiler tags. At the very least, it will make the pages shorter.
