Already summed up by eras, when you make a male OC, he is labeled Stu unless proven otherwise, your concept so far stated that no, he isn't. The idea about alien is risky, indeed, similar to what happen in Gundam 00 movie. For 30+ years of it, alien simply absent. It could be good or bad decision, with there's nothing in between.
As for male I.S. pilot, it traced more than a year, ever since this very subforum is created. Can't change anything much.
Fuyutsuki is interesting idea, and I don't agree with Eras with this one. Fuyutsuki is ideal for a duel battle where Houki didn't participate at all. There's enough limitation there that Military advisor will consider the weapon not worth the effort.
